摘要
目的:探讨思维导图引导康复护理在系统性红斑狼疮患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年1月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院收治的系统性红斑狼疮患者64例作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各32例。对照组实施常规护理、心理护理,试验组在对照组基础上开展思维导图引导康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,试验组焦虑、抑郁、疼痛、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数各项评分,免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:思维导图引导康复护理在系统性红斑狼疮患者中的应用效果较好,能够改善患者情绪、免疫指标、睡眠质量,减轻疼痛程度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of mind map-guided rehabilitation nursing in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods:A total of 64 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and psychological nursing,and the experimental group carried out mind map-guided rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression,pain and Pittsburgh sleep quality index,and the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mind map-guided rehabilitation nursing in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus has good effects,which can improve patients'mood,immune indicators and sleep quality,and reduce pain.
