摘要
目的:探讨优质护理在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年12月黎平县高屯街道卫生院收治的老年高血压患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予优质护理。比较两组血压、心血管事件发生情况、生活自理能力评分。结果:护理前,两组收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组收缩压、舒张压低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组心血管事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。护理前,两组Barthel指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组Barthel指数评分高于护理前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果较好,能够改善患者血压,控制心血管事件、提高生活自理能力。
Objective:To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to Liping County Gaotun Street Health Center from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given high-quality nursing.The blood pressure,cardiovascular events and self-care ability scores were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,these indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of cardiovascular events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Barthel index scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the Barthel index scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with hypertension is good,which can improve the blood pressure,control cardiovascular events,and improve the self-care ability.
