多模态健康教育在社区糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨多模态健康教育在社区糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8月-2023月8月于北京市东城区东花市社区卫生服务中心全科门诊家医团队就诊的糖尿病视网膜病变80例患者作为研究对象,采用奇偶数法分为对照组和干预组,各40例。对照组给予常规健康教育,干预组给予多模态健康教育。比较两组生活质量、治疗依从性。结果:干预前,两组生理、心理/精神、社会关系、治疗评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组生理、心理/精神、社会关系、治疗评分低于干预前以及同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组症状与视功能、身体机能、社会活动、精神心理评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组症状与视功能、身体机能、社会活动、精神心理评分高于干预前以及同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组自我监测、按时服用、剂量正确、服用疗程评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组自我监测、按时服用、剂量正确、服用疗程评分高于干预前,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多模态健康教育在社区糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果较好,能够提高患者生活质量与治疗依从性。 Objective:To investigate the applicatin effect of multimodal health education in community patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to Beijing Dongcheng District Donghuashi Community Health Service Center Family Medical Team of the General Outpatient from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and intervention group by odd-even number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the intervention group was given multimodal health education.The quality of life and treatment compliance between the two groups were compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in physiological,mental/psychological,social relationship and treatment scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the physiological,mental/psychological,social relationship and treatment scores in the intervention group were lower than those before intervention and those in the control group during the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of symptoms and visual function,physical function,social activity,and mental and psychological scores(P>0.05).After intervention,the symptoms and visual function,physical function,social activity,and mental and psychological scores in the intervention group were higher than those before intervention and those in the control group during the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of selfmonitoring,on-time medication,correct dosage and course of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-monitoring,on-time medication,correct dosage and course of treatment in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,the scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of multimodal health education in community patients with diabetic retinopathy is good,which can improve the quality of life and treatment compliance of patients.
