摘要
高职院校教师的职业能力,不仅直接关乎学生专业技能的传授与知识体系的构建,更深远地影响着学生综合素质的塑造与职业素养的熏陶。鉴于此,本文紧紧围绕新入职教师的职业发展规划,构建了系统、科学、全方位的高职院校教师培养体系,诠释了高职院校新入职教师培养的时代内涵、现实困境,提出了核心素养、核心能力和专业能力相组合的“1+6+X”培养模式。
The professional ability of teachers in vocational colleges is not only directly related to the imparting of students’professional skills and the construction of knowledge systems,but also has a profound impact on the shaping of students’comprehensive qualities and the edification of professional qualities.In view of this,this paper focuses closely on the career development plan of newly employed teachers,constructs a systematic,scientific,and comprehensive training system for new teachers in vocational colleges,analyzes the era connotation and realistic difficulties of training newly employed teachers in vocational colleges,and proposes a“1+6+X”training model that combines core literacy,core abilities,and professional abilities.
