摘要
随着新工业革命的快速推进,世界各国对技能熟练和创新型人才的需求日益增长。在这个背景下,加拿大通过支持政策、统一标准、伙伴合作以及国际合作等做法,有效地提升了技能人才的专业水平。我国现在正处在经济结构调整和高质量发展的关键时期,完善技能认证体系显得尤为迫切。我国应结合实际,优化技能认证政策和程序,促进技能人才的培养。
With the rapid advancement of the new industrial Revolution,the demand for skilled and innovative talents is growing day by day in all countries.In this context,Canada has effectively upgraded the professional level of skilled people through supportive policies,harmonized standards,partnerships,and international cooperation et al.Our country is now in a critical period of economic structure adjustment and high-quality development,so it is particularly urgent to perfect the skill certification system.According to the actual situation,our country should optimize the policy and procedure of skill certification and promote the cultivation of skill talents.
