摘要
葡萄是新疆地区的优势作物,在拉动农村经济增长和促进乡村振兴中发挥着重要作用。本文通过整理2015~2019年新疆、河北、宁夏等5个产区葡萄种植数据,从效率优势指数、规模优势指数、综合优势指数、区位商和资源禀赋系数5个方面开展比较优势分析,得出新疆葡萄种植产业发展中存在种植单位产量低,资源禀赋优势率低,葡萄种植生产全产业链条完整度不足等问题,进而提出加强政府政策支撑,营造良好营商环境,发挥品牌效应,促进产业融合发展等建议,从而推动新疆葡萄种植业高质量内涵式发展。
Grape is an advantageous crop in Xinjiang,it plays an important role in driving rural economy growth and promoting the prosperity of villages.In this paper,the grape planting data of five grape production areas such as Xinjiang,Hebei and Ningxia from 2015~2019 were summarized,the comparative advantage analysis were carried out from the aspects of efficiency advantage index,scale excellent score index,comprehensive advantage index,local quotient and resources endowment advantage.The result indicated that the development of Xinjiang grape industry has the problems of low unit yield,low resources endowment rate and insufficient completeness of whole industry chain of grape planting and production.Aiming at these problems,relative suggestion such as strengthening the policy support of government,creating good business environment,giving full play to brand effect and promoting the integration of industries were put forward to improve and promote the high-quality and connotative development of Xinjiang grape planting industry.
