摘要
肢体麻木是脑卒中后常见临床症状之一,发病率高,治疗周期长。中药、针灸及联合治疗等中医方案治疗本病效果良好,但机制尚不明确,可能与改善脑血管微循环、调控信号通路、促进神经功能修复、减轻缺血再灌注损伤等有关,从而消除或改善肢体麻木症状。综述了中医治疗脑卒中后肢体麻木的可能机制及临床研究进展,以期为脑卒中后肢体麻木诊疗提供参考。
Limb numbness is one of the common clinical symptoms after stroke,with high incidence and long treatment cycle.Traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,and the combined treatment have good effects on this disease,but the mechanism is not clear.It may be related to improving cerebrovascular microcirculation,regulating signaling pathways,promoting nerve function repair,reducing ischemia-reperfusion injury,thereby eliminating or improving limb numbness symptoms.The possible mechanism and clinical research progress were reviewed to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of limb numbness after stroke.
