摘要
巴塘水电站作为金沙江上游高海拔地区的重要梯级电站,面临大型设备运输困难,各部件组装过程中加工工艺受限等问题。国内首次在厂房附近进行高寒大温差地区现场制造组装大型混流式水轮机转轮,并实现两台机组转轮静平衡试验零配重。笔者详细介绍了大型混流式水轮机转轮的现场组焊、加工、热处理、静平衡等及各工艺流程的质量控制,为后续高寒大温差地区电站的转轮组装工艺提供参考经验。
As an important cascade hydropower station in the high-altitude area of the Jinsha River upstream,the Batang Hydropower Station is faced with difficulties in transporting large equipment and limited processing technology during the assembly process of various components.In response,the large Francis turbine runners are produced in the processing plant near the Batang Hydropower Station powerhouse for the first time in the area of high cold and large temperature differences in China,and achieved zero-counterweight for the static balance test of two unit runners.This article provides a detailed introduction to the assembly welding,processing,heat treatment,static balance test,etc.,and the quality control of various process flows of the large Francis turbine runner,which can provide references for the subsequent field producing the runners in hydropower plants in the area of high cold and large temperature difference.
