The Third Silk Road NGO Cooperation Network Forum was held in Zhengzhou,Henan Province from October 19 to 21 with the theme of Building on a Decade of Glory and Forging Ahead towards a Brighter Future.This Forum saw the presence of Ji Bingxuan,Vice-Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress of China and President of the Chinese Association for International Understanding.
