液冷充电系统及液冷电缆的研究设计 被引量:2

摘要 文中研究了液冷充电桩电缆的结构和材料选择,分析了冷却液介质、液冷充电系统及液冷充电枪的关键性能。试验对比了“水浸铜”式液冷充电桩电缆和“铜包水”式液冷充电桩电缆在不同载流量下的导体温升,并对结果进行了分析。结果表明,相同功率条件下,“水浸铜”式液冷充电桩电缆比“铜包水”式液冷充电桩电缆的温升更低,冷却效果更好。 Structure and material selection of the liquid cooling charging station cable were studied.Key performance of coolant medium,liquid cooling charging system,and liquid cooling charging gun were also analyzed.Conductor temperature rise of “water immersed copper” type liquid cooling charging station cable and “copper wrapped water” type liquid cooling charging station cable was tested and analyzed.Results showed that under the same condition,the “water immersed copper” type had a lower temperature rise and better cooling effect than the “copper wrapped water” type.
