无卤耐高温低介电常数材料及应用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 文中综述了无机非金属类、有机高分子类和复合材料类无卤耐高温低介电常数功能类材料的介电常数、耐温、含卤等情况;介绍了相关工艺的改进方法,并对国内常规信号传输用电缆料及产品研发进展进行了简要分析;列举了国内现行常规信号传输用电缆料(发泡电缆)标准,并分析了其局限性,为无卤耐高温低介电常数功能材料在特种信号传输电缆的研发和应用提供参考与借鉴。 Dielectric constant,temperature resistance and halogen-containing of halogen-free high-temperature resistance and low-dielectric constant functional materials,such as inorganic non-metals,organic polymer,and composite materials,are reviewed.Relevant methods of process improvement are also introduced.Meanwhile,research and development progress of cable materials and products for conventional signal transmission in China is briefly analyzed.Furthermore,current domestic standard of cable materials(foamed cables) for conventional signal transmission is listed,and its limitations are analyzed,which can provide valuable references and insights for the research and development application of halogen-free high-temperature resistant and low-dielectric constant functional materials in special signal transmission cables.
