摘要
血清4型禽腺病毒(Fowl adenovirus serotype 4,FAdV-4)以感染3~6周龄的肉鸡为特征,主要引起心包液-肝炎综合征,其传播范围广,给养禽业造成的损失较大。禽腺病毒有12种血清型,因血清型众多,给血清4型禽腺病毒的诊断及防控带来一定的困难。本文对血清4型禽腺病毒的分子生物学检测方法(聚合酶链式反应、实时荧光定量PCR和环介导等温扩增)、血清学检测方法及其他检测技术,以及灭活疫苗、弱毒疫苗、基因工程疫苗及生物制品的最新研究进展进行了综述,为血清4型禽腺病毒的检测和疫苗的研究提供参考。
Fowl adenovirus serotype 4(FAdV-4) is characterized by infecting broilers aged 3-6 weeks,mainly causing pericardial effusion-hepatitis syndrome.It has a wide range of transmissions,causing significant losses to the poultry industry.There are 12 serotypes of fowl adenovirus,and due to the numerous serotypes,it brings certain difficulties to the diagnosis and prevention of fowl adenovirus serotype 4.This article reviewd the molecular biology detection methods(polymerase chain reaction,real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,and loop-mediated isothermal amplification),serological detection methods,and other detection techniques,as well as the latest research progress in inactivated vaccines,attenuated vaccines,genetically engineered vaccines,and biological products for fowl adenovirus serotype 4.It provided a reference for the detection and vaccine research of fowl adenovirus serotype 4.
