摘要
针对新研大型复杂电子系统开展故障模式、影响及危害性分析(FMECA)工作费时费力、甚至无法有效实施的挑战,研究了基于EXCEL和国产化CARMES平台工具的FMECA高效集成分析方法,有效提高了复杂电子系统FMECA的效率和质量,丰富了基于国产化CARMES平台工具的FMECA技术。首先,梳理了复杂电子系统工程应用中的FMECA高效集成分析总体流程;然后,结合工程项目实践,研究细化了该方法的详细工作实施步骤;最后,给出了基于某新研大型复杂电子系统的工程应用成果,验证了该方法的有效性和适用性。
In view of the challenge that FMECA work of the newly developed large complex electronic systems are time-consuming,laborious and even cannot be effectively implemented,an efficient integrated analysis method of FMECA based on EXCEL and domestic CARMES platform tools is studied,which effectively improves the efficiency and quality of FMECA analysis of complex electronic systems,and enriches the FMECA technology based on domestic CARMES platform tools.Firstly,the overall flow of FMECA efficient integration analysis in complex electronic system engineering applications is summarized.Then,combined with the project practice,the detailed implementation steps of the method are studied and refined.Finally,the engineering application results of a newly developed large-scale complex electronic system are presented,which verifies the effectiveness and applicability of the method.
