摘要
结合笔者的实际工作经验,对盐雾腐蚀的成因和中性盐雾试验做了简要的分析。中性盐雾试验过程中容易出现盐溶液pH值降低的现象,从而使得无法满足中性盐雾试验相关标准的要求,并且在标准中也未给出有效的解决方法。对此,通过查阅相关资料,发现硼砂作为一种pH缓冲剂,可以调控溶液的pH值。故通过理论探讨和试验验证对硼砂对中性盐雾试验盐溶液pH值的影响进行了分析,结果表明,硼砂可以有效地控制盐溶液的pH值,从而使得盐溶液的pH值在中性盐雾试验的全周期内稳定在6.5~7.2之间,并且在参比试验中,腐蚀性也可达到中性盐雾试验腐蚀的要求。提出的这种有效控制pH的方法,可供从事研究、制定和使用盐雾试验标准的人员进行参考。
Based on the author’s practical work experience,the causes of salt spray corrosion and neutral salt spray testing are analyzed briefly.During the neutral salt spray test,the pH value of salt solution often decreases,which makes the pH value of salt solution unable to meet the requirements of the relevant standards of neutral salt spray test,and no effective solution is given in the standards.Through consulting the relevant data,it is found that borax as a pH buffer can regulate the pH value of solution.Therefore,the influence of borax on the pH value of salt solution of neutral salt spray test is studied through theoretical discussion and experimental verification.The results show that borax can effectively control the pH value of salt solution,and it can make the pH value of salt solution between 6.5 and 7.2 during the whole cycle of neutral salt spray test,and in the reference test,the corrosiveness can meet the requirements of neutral salt spray test corrosion.The effective method for controlling pH proposed can be used as a reference for personnel engaged in research,development,and use of salt spray test standards.
