摘要
基于城镇老旧小区的改造工作逐渐成为国内住房与建设部门的聚焦热点。为推进城镇环境更新与建设方式转型,促进建筑环境的高质量发展,本文以山东省济宁市泗水县济河街道电力局南家属院改造为例,通过对城镇老旧小区改造施工方案、围护结构更新及项目智能化设施的配备提出相应的改造策略,探讨城镇老旧小区改造的重要性和挑战,深入分析了改造过程中的问题,并提出建议与展望,以期为日后老旧小区改造提供参考。
The transformation of old urban communities has gradually become a focal point for domestic housing and construction departments.To promote urban environmental renewal and transformation of construction methods,and promote high-quality development of the building environment.Taking the transformation of South Family Courtyard of Jihe Street Electric Power Bureau,Sishui County,Jining City,Shandong Province,as an example,this article proposes corresponding transformation strategies through the construction plan for the transformation of old urban communities,the updating of enclosure structures,and the provision of intelligent facilities for the project.It explores the importance and challenges of the transformation of old urban communities,analyzes the problems encountered in the transformation process,puts forward proposals and prospects,in order to provide reference for the future renovation of old residential areas.
