摘要
某成品油埋地管道润油试压巡线检查时,发现无缝管穿孔泄漏。通过管道的防腐层检测、管材化学成分分析、力学性能测试、腐蚀形貌宏观与微观分析、腐蚀产物元素成分测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析等对埋地管道失效原因进行分析。分析结果表明,埋地管道防腐层测试结果不符合SY/T 0414—2017标准要求,失效管材的化学成分、力学性能测试结果符合GB/T 8163—2018标准要求;埋地管道失效是由于防腐层的不连续性导致地层水与管体接触,水中的溶解氧与管体发生了吸氧腐蚀,形成不致密的腐蚀产物层,致使管道发生腐蚀损伤,而管沟土壤和地层水中含有一定Cl^(-)加速了管体点腐蚀穿孔泄漏的速度,使管道短时间内穿孔泄漏。
The perforation of seamless pipe was found during the inspection of a buried oil pipeline.The failure causes of buried pipelines were analyzed through the detection of anticorrosive layer,chemical composition analysis of pipes,mechanical properties test,macro and micro analysis of corrosion morphology,elemental composition test of corrosion products,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The analysis results show that the test results of the buried pipeline anticorrosive layer do not meet the requirements of SY/T 0414—2017 standard,and the test results of the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the failed pipe meet the requirements of GB/T 8163—2018 standard.The failure of the buried pipeline is due to the discontinuity of the anticorrosive layer,which leads to the contact between the formation water and the pipe body.Dissolved oxygen in the water corrodes the pipe body by oxygen absorption,forming an undense layer of corrosion products,resulting in corrosion damage to the pipeline.Moreover,the existence of certain Cl^(-)in the soil and formation water of the pipe ditch accelerates the process of point corrosion and perforation leakage of the pipe body,resulting in perforation and leakage of the pipe in a short time.
