核电管道唇焊接头带压堵漏工艺及接头强度分析

Process of Leakage Blocking with Pressure and Strength Analysis of Outside Edge Welding Joint of Nuclear Power Plant Pipe

摘要 针对核电管道唇焊接头裂纹缺陷设计了带压堵漏工艺、专用贴板及密封焊专用轭架、模拟试验台架,并进行了带压堵漏试验,采用数值模拟方法分析了15 MPa内压作用下的应力分布。结果表明,采用研制的带压堵漏工艺获得的带压堵漏接头的渗透检验结果合格,在15 MPa水压试验中能够使压力稳定10 min,压力降至10 MPa后,保压时间大于30 min,管体未发生泄漏及变形,满足水压试验的要求;在15 MPa内压作用下的峰值应力小于材料的屈服强度,接头可以安全工作。开发的带压堵漏工艺、专用贴板及密封焊专用轭架、模拟焊接试验台架能够完成唇焊接头裂纹缺陷的带压堵漏工作。 Aiming at the crack defects of the outside edge welding joint,process of leakage blocking with pressure,specialized patches,special yoke for sealing welding and simulated the test benchwere designed.The leakage blocking with pressure simulation test was carried out at 10 MPa internal pressure,and the stress distribution under 15 MPa internal pressure was analyzed by numerical simulation method.The results show that the penetration inspection results of the joint obtained by process of leakage blocking with pressure developed in this test are qualified,and the pressure can be stabilized for 10 min in the 15 MPa water pressure test.After the pressure drops to 10 MPa,the pressure holding time is greater than 30 min,and the pipe body does not leak and deformation,which meets the requirements of the water pressure test.The peak stress under the internal pressure of 15 MPa is less than the yield strength of the material,and the joint can work safely.The process of leakage blocking with pressure,specialized patches,special yoke for sealing welding and simulated welding test bench developed in this test can complete the leakage blocking with pressure of outside edge welding joint with crack type defect.
