低合金高强度钢焊接热影响区性能研究现状及改善措施 被引量:8

摘要 低合金高强度钢焊接热影响区各区域因经历了不同的焊接热循环过程,组织发生显著改变,从而引起性能恶化,导致焊接热影响区成为焊接接头最薄弱的区域。针对低合金高强钢焊接热影响区性能的硬化、脆化和软化以及冷裂纹敏感性差异较大等问题,分析总结了影响热影响区性能变化的关键因素,包括焊接热循环、焊接工艺条件、母材的化学成分和原始组织状态等,提出采用焊接热模拟技术、合理的母材成分设计、原始组织状态、焊接工艺参数优化等措施,以改善和提高焊接热影响区综合性能。 Due to the different welding thermal cycle process,the microstructure of each region of the welding heat affected zone of the low alloy high strength steel is significantly changed,which leads to the deterioration of the performance,resulting in the welding heat affected zone becoming the weakest area of the welded joint.In view of the hardening,embrittlement,softening and cold crack sensitivity of low alloy and high strength steels,the key factors affecting the performance of the heat affected zone are analyzed and summarized,including the welding thermal cycle,welding process conditions,chemical composition and original microstructure of the base metal.The optimum design of welding process parameters and conditions is proposed by using welding thermal simulation technology,reasonable base metal composition design and original structure state,so as to improve and enhance the comprehensive performance of welding heat affected zone.
