摘要
土体微结构定量化分析技术是微观土力学的一个研究方向,利用图像处理技术有效提取土体微结构参数是正确分析土体微结构特征的重要基础。针对土体微结构信息提取中存在的问题,本文借助MATLAB软件图形处理工具箱,对辽西地区黄土样品SEM图像进行处理,研究辽西黄土孔隙分形维数、孔隙率、孔隙大小及分布情况,探讨图像处理方法对黄土微结构参数的影响规律。结果表明:1)图像截取面积较小时,对所提取的黄土微结构参数影响较大;而中等和较大的截面,对所提取的黄土微结构参数影响较小;中等截面对图像进行处理得到的黄土微结构参数与土样物理试验测试值最为接近。2)阈值对孔隙分形维数影响较小,对孔隙率和孔隙面积影响较大,辽西黄土SEM图像阈值建议取值范围为100~120。3)过大的放大倍数会使孔隙分维数失真,孔隙率与孔隙面积大小统计结果与放大倍数的增长成反比。
The quantitative analysis technology of soil microstructure is a research direction in micro-soil mechanics.The effective extraction of soil microstructure parameters using image processing technology is an important foundation for correctly analyzing soil microstructure characteristics.In response to the problems in extracting soil microstructure information,MATLAB programming method was used to process SEM images of Liaoxi loess samples with different image cross-sectional sizes,grayscale thresholds,and image magnification.The fractal dimension,porosity,pore size,and distribution of Liaoxi loess pores were studied,and the influence of image processing methods on loess microstructure parameters was explored.The results show that:1)a small image capture area has a significant impact on the extracted loess microstructure parameters,while medium and large cross-sections have a small impact on the extracted loess microstructure parameters.The loess microstructure parameters obtained by processing the image with medium cross-sections are closest to the physical test values of the soil sample.2)The grayscale threshold has a small impact on the fractal dimension of pores,but a significant impact on porosity and pore area.The recommended range of grayscale threshold values for SEM images of loess in western Liaoning is 100-120.3)Excessive magnification can distort the fractal dimension of pores,and the distribution of porosity and pore area is inversely proportional to the increase in magnification.
