摘要
进入21世纪以后,我国高速公路建设质量持续提升,施工技术不断进步。在高速公路路面施工中,级配碎石垫层施工技术颇为常用,该技术施工流程衔接紧密,工艺完整,能够有效提高路面施工质量。随着交通基础设施的不断发展,高速公路作为连接城市的重要交通网络,其建设质量直接关系到人们的出行安全和道路使用寿命。在高速公路路面施工中,级配碎石垫层作为一种重要的施工技术,对于提升路面的承载能力、耐久性和抗裂性具有重要作用。以某高速公路工程为例,采用了文献分析、实地考察、统计分析等方法,首先分析了级配碎石垫层施工技术在高速公路路面施工中的应用意义,其次探讨了该技术在高速公路路面施工中的应用措施,最后提出了技术应用建议,希望能为公路工程施工建设提供借鉴。
After entering the 21st century,the quality of highway construction in China has continued to improve,and construction technology has continuously advanced.In the construction of highway pavement,the construction technology of graded crushed stone cushion layer is quite commonly used.The construction process of this technology is closely connected and the process is complete,which can effectively improve the quality of pavement construction.With the continuous development of transportation infrastructure,highways,as an important transportation network connecting cities,their construction quality directly affects people’s travel safety and road service life.In the construction of highway pavement,graded crushed stone cushion layer,as an important construction technology,plays an important role in improving the bearing capacity,durability,and crack resistance of the pavement.Taking a certain highway project as an example,literature analysis,field investigation,statistical analysis and other methods were used.Firstly,the application significance of graded crushed stone cushion construction technology in highway pavement construction was analyzed.Secondly,the specific application measures of this technology in highway pavement construction were discussed.Finally,technical application suggestions were proposed,hoping to provide reference for highway engineering construction.
