摘要
建筑工程中地基是整体工程质量的关键所在,根据施工现场的实际情况,选择切实可行的地基处理技术,可以提高建筑工程的质量。结合实际工程案例,探讨了岩土工程勘察与地基施工处理技术的相关内容,通过实际监测对比,得到项目场地参考点地基沉降量相差不大,整体趋势趋于平稳的结论,其中参考点1与参考点2基础沉降量趋于1mm左右,参考点3与参考点4趋于6mm左右;数值模拟与实测值的最大差值出现在基坑中心线位置处,差值为1.33mm,差值率为4.29%,在施工要求范围内。
The foundation is the key to the overall quality of construction projects.Based on the actual situation of the construction site,selecting practical and feasible foundation treatment techniques can improve the quality of construction projects.Based on practical engineering cases,this paper explores the relevant content of geotechnical engineering survey and foundation construction treatment technology.Through actual monitoring and comparison,it is concluded that the settlement of the foundation at the reference point of the project site is not significantly different,and the overall trend tends to be stable.Among them,the settlement of the foundation at reference point 1 and reference point 2 tends to be about 1mm,and that at reference point 3 and reference point 4 tends to be about 6mm;The maximum difference between numerical simulation and measured values occurs at the centerline of the foundation pit,with a difference of 1.33mm and a difference rate of 4.29%,which is within the construction requirements.
