摘要
为研究层状C_(f)/ZrB_(2)-SiC复合材料断裂行为的影响因素和规律以及裂纹扩展规律和形成机理,从细观尺度建立了单边切口梁法(SENB)有限元模型,使用软件ABAQUS进行了仿真模拟。仿真计算的断裂韧性为10.01 MPa·m^(1/2),结果与试验数据基本一致,验证了有限元模型的有效性;裂纹扩展过程中多次沿界面偏折,裂纹呈阶梯状特征。在荷载-位移曲线上表现为曲线升降的变化,呈现出明显的阶梯断裂模式。断裂韧性随层厚比的增加,表现出先增大后减小的趋向,最佳层厚比约为1。断裂韧性随界面层厚度的增加呈现先上升再下降的趋势,最佳界面层厚度是200 nm。
In order to study the influencing factors,the rules of fracture behavior of laminated C_(f)/ZrB_(2)-SiC composites,and the crack propagation rules and formation mechanism,a finite element model of single edge notched bending(SENB)was established from the mesoscale,and the simulation was carried out using software ABAQUS.The fracture toughness calculated by simulation is 10.01 MPa·m^(1/2),and the results are basically consistent with the test data,which verifies the validity of the finite element model.In the crack growth process,the crack deflects along the interface for many times,and the crack is stepped.The load-displacement curve shows the change of curve rises and falls with,an obvious ladder fracture mode.The fracture toughness increases first and then decreases with the increase of the layer thickness ratio.The best layer thickness ratio is about 1.The fracture toughness first increases and then decreases with the increase of the thickness of the interface layer.The optimal thickness of the interface layer is 200 nm.
