摘要
通过对机制砂中絮凝剂残留值的检测及清除方法以及絮凝剂残留值对混凝土性能影响的系列研究,提出了机制砂絮凝剂使用浓度的控制方法,使制砂企业能够合理有效使用絮凝剂,做到科学使用,精细控制。同时,经系列研究提出利用臭氧离心搅拌分离法清除机制砂中的絮凝剂(即,机制砂的“二次分拣”),从而根除机制砂絮凝剂残留值对混凝土性能的影响,进一步规范和提高混凝土骨料生产质量。
Through a series of studies on the detection and removal methods of residual value of flocculant in mechanism sand,as well as the impact of residual value of flocculant on concrete performance.It proposes a concentration control method for mechanism sand flocculant.This method can enable sand making enterprises to use flocculants reasonably and effectively,achieve scientific use and precise control.Meanwhile,a series of studies have proposed the use of ozone centrifugal stirring separation method to remove flocculants in mechanism sand(i.e.,the"secondary sorting"of mechanism sand).So as to eliminate the influence of residual value of flocculant in mechanism sand on concrete performance,further standardize and improve the market quality of concrete aggregate production.
