摘要
恶性肿瘤患者留置经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管(PICC)治疗时,常常面临着PICC相关性血栓的风险。文章旨在总结和分析现有文献,探讨恶性肿瘤患者PICC相关性血栓的高危因素及预防措施,为医务人员提供参考和指导,以期降低恶性肿瘤患者发生PICC相关性血栓的风险,减少相关并发症并保障治疗顺利完成。
Cancer patients undergoing central venous catheterization(PICC)treatment via peripheral venous puncture often face the risk of PICC catheter-related thrombosis.This review examines high-risk factors and preventive measures for PICC catheter-related thrombosis in cancer patients through summarizing and analyzing existing literature,providing reference and guidance for the medical personnel in order to help lower the risk of catheter-related thrombosis in cancer patients,reduce related complications,and ensure the smooth completion of treatment.
