摘要
首先,介绍了材料数据管理系统的研究现状;其次,介绍了系统的选型过程和架构设计方法,并阐述了登录验证、系统管理、属性配置、数据管理、数据统计、数据转换六大模块的构建和开发过程;最后,通过对典型航空材料性能曲线的配置和应用,证明该系统能够对材料数据进行科学、有效的管理。目前,该系统已在航空院所部署并运行良好。
Firstly,this paper introduces the research status of the management system of material data.Secondly,it introduces the selection process and architecture design methods of the system,and then expounds the construction and development process of six modules:login verification,system management,attribute configuration,data man‐agement,data statistics and data conversion.Finally,by configuring and applying typical aeronautical material per‐formance curves,it proves that the system can scientifically and effectively manage material data.At present,the sys‐tem has been deployed in aviation institutes and is running well.
