摘要
气态燃料燃烧器作为废酸再生工段中的供能设备,具备气体燃料耗量大的特点,如何优化燃烧工艺一直是废酸再生工艺节能减排和提高经济效益的重要研究课题。基于实际项目改造案例,从纯氧燃烧原理、燃烧器结构改造、燃气阀组和火焰检测冷却阀组改造等方面来展开介绍纯氧燃烧在废酸再生工艺中的应用。装置纯氧改造后在降低碳排放、污染物排放等多方面存在优势,并且通过不同变量下生产成本对比分析其改造带来的显著经济效益,得出纯氧燃烧技术在类似工艺中具有重要的实际应用价值。
As the energy supply equipment in the waste acid recycling plant,the gaseous fuel burner has the characteristics of large consumption,so how to optimize the combustion process has been an important research topic for energy saving,emission reduction and economic benefit improvement of waste acid recycling process.Based on the actual project transformation cases,this article introduces the application of pure oxygen combustion in the waste acid regeneration process from the aspects of pure oxygen combustion principle,burner structure transformation,gas valve rack and the flame scanner cooling valve rack transformation.After the transformation,the plant not only has many advantages in reducing carbon emission and pollutant emission,but also brings significant economic benefits through the comparative analysis of different variable data.It is concluded that pure oxygen combustion technology has important practical application value in similar processes.
