摘要
本文分析了中国茶叶生产机械化的现状,揭示了茶园管理、采摘和加工环节的不均衡发展问题。名优茶的生产仍以传统手工作业为主,限制了茶叶生产整体效率的提升。分析了茶园管理中对机械优化的需求,如精确施肥、自动化病虫害防治以及高效灌溉系统的开发。探讨了采摘贮藏环节中对降低人工依赖、提高采摘效率和保鲜性的机械装备需求增长。最后,指出茶叶加工环节机械化向连续化和自动化生产转变的发展趋势,环保保护和可持续发展将作为机械化发展的重要考量因素,须贯穿于技术创新与实践应用之中。
Status of mechanization for tea production in China was analyzed,and unbalanced development in tea garden management,tea picking and tea processing were expounded.Production of premium tea relied still mainly on traditional manual operation which limited the overall efficiency improvement.The needs for mechanical optimization in tea garden management such as precise fertilization,automatic pest and disease control,development of efficient irrigation systems were analyzed.The increasing demand for mechanized equipment in tea picking and storage to reduce manual dependence,improv-ing teat picking efficiency and preserve teat freshness were discussed.Finally,the development trend of mechanization in tea processing towards continuous and automatic production lines was pointed out,and environmental protection and sustainable development would be considered as important factor which should be integrated into technological innovation and practical applications.
