Optimization of Detection Technology for Organic phosphorus Pesticide Residues with Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立并优化气相色谱检测蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的检测方法。样品采用乙腈提取、盐析提纯,采用火焰光度法(flame photometric detector, FPD)测定,DB-1701P色谱柱在20min内完成分离。试验的20种有机磷农药的线性范围在0.08-1.0 mg/kg间,相关系数在0.99700-0.99994间,检出限(limit of detection, LOD)在0.001-0.029 mg/kg间;其回收率大于74.5%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)小于10%。经优化后该方法具有经济、快速等特点,可应用于多种有机磷农药的药残检测。 Organic phosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables were determined and detection method was optimized with gas chromatography.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and were purified by salt,and then the purified solvents were detected by gas chromatograph-flame photometric detector(FPD)and were separated by DB-1701P chromatography col-umn after filtration in 20 min.The test results of 20 kinds of organic phosphorus pesticide residues showed that the linearity range was 0.08~1.0 mg/kg and correlation coefficients were 0.99700~0.99994.The limit of detection(LOD)(S/N=3)were 0.001~0.029 mg/kg with a recovery range greater than 74.5%and relative standard deviation(RSD)less than 10%.The opti-mized method of the detection of organic phosphorus pesticide residues was economical and fast and could be used for multi-ple detection of organic phosphorus pesticide residues.
