摘要
我国经过几十年城市化进程,目前存在大量能效低下、设施陈旧和环境质量不佳的老旧小区,在国家“双碳”目标的驱动下,绿色建筑技术以其节约环保与舒适健康等特点在改善老旧小区中呈现巨大的潜力。研究内容主要包括4个方面,即外围护体系的节能改造、太阳能“光伏+”改造、海绵化改造和智慧化系统改造。同时,通过对成都市多个老旧小区的改造案例进行分析,展示绿色建筑技术在老旧小区改造中的实际效果,并强调政府支持和居民参与在改造过程中的重要性。研究结果表明,绿色建筑技术在老旧小区改造中具有显著的节能、环保和提高居住质量的效果,具有广泛的应用前景。
After several decades of urbanization in China,there is a significant number of old residential communities characterized by low energy efficiency,outdated facilities,and poor environmental quality.Driven by the national"dual carbon"goals,green building technologies,with their features of energy conservation,environmental protection,and comfort,show great potential in improving these old residential areas.This research focuses on four main aspects:energy-saving renovation of the building envelope,solar"PV+"renovation,sponge city transformation,and intelligent system upgrades.Additionally,by analyzing renovation cases of multiple old residential communities in Chengdu,the study demonstrates the practical effects of green building technologies in the renovation of old residential areas and emphasizes the importance of government support and resident participation in the renovation process.The research results indicate that green building technologies have significant effects in terms of energy saving,environmental protection,and improving residential quality in the renovation of old residential areas,and they possess broad application prospects.
