火箭式远距离灭火弹设计与应用研究

摘要 为满足灭火弹的灭火效能要求,且具备可靠性,综合考虑灭火弹的需求和参数指标,设计灭火弹的结构,并对关键结构的强度进行计算和有限元仿真。计算和仿真结果表明,该灭火弹强度符合要求。最后进行静爆试验及射击试验,结果表明灭火效能及可靠性均满足设计要求,证明灭火弹结构设计合理。 In order to meet the fire-fighting efficiency requirements and reliability of the fire-fighting bomb,considering the demand and parameter index of the fire-fighting bomb,the structure of the fire-extinguishing bomb is designed,and the strength of the key structure is calculated and simulated by finite element method.The calculation and simulation results show that the strength of the fire extinguishing bomb meets the requirements.Finally,the static explosion test and firing test are carried out,and the results show that the fire extinguishing efficiency and reliability meet the design requirements,which proves that the structural design of the fire extinguishing bomb is reasonable.
