摘要
研究以渤海湾环烷基馏分油为原料,通过传统抽提工艺和全加氢工艺制备了两种变压器油基础油。两种基础油按特定比例调合后加入抗氧剂,制成变压器油产品。对该变压器油产品与变压器材料开展了相容性研究。结果表明:通过开发的生产工艺制备的变压器油产品符合IEC60296:2020标准中的A类高等级变压器油产品要求,具有良好的低温性能和氧化安定性;按照DL/T1836-2018方法评价,制备的变压器油产品与变压器材料的相容性良好。
The study uses Bohai Bay naphthenic raffinate as feedstock to prepare two transformer oil base oils through traditional extraction process and full hydrogenation process.After blending the two base oils at a specific ratio and adding antioxidants,the transformer oil product was produced.Compatibility research between the transformer oil product and transformer materials was conducted.The results show that the transformer oil product prepared through the developed production process meets the requirements of IEC 60296:2020 for Class A high-grade transformer oil products,with good low-temperature performance and oxidation stability;according to DL/T 1836-2018 method,the transformer oil product prepared has good compatibility with transformer materials.
