摘要
研究自来水厂排泥水处理中板框压滤脱水技术的应用,降低自来水厂的运行成本。以长桥自来水厂作为研究对象,采用板框压滤脱水技术完成自来水厂的排泥水处理,通过隔膜板框压滤机完成脱水;分析隔膜板框压滤机的设计参数,并通过过滤物质的性质选择压滤机的滤布;最终通过进泥、反吹、脱水、卸泥以及滤布清洗五个部分完成污泥脱水工作。实验表明该方法具有出泥含固率较高、脱水效果好等优势。
In order to reduce the operating cost of waterworks,the application of plate and frame filtration dewatering technology in sludge discharge water treatment was studied.Taking Changqiao Waterworks as the research object,the sludge water treatment of waterworks is completed by plate and frame press dehydration technology,and the dehydration is completed by diaphragm plate and frame filter press;The design parameters of diaphragm plate and frame filter press are analyzed,and the filter cloth of filter press is selected according to the properties of filter substances.Finally,the sludge dewatering work is completed through five parts:mud feeding,backblowing,dehydration,mud unloading and filter cloth cleaning.The experiment shows that this method has the advantages of higher solid content and better dewatering effect.
