基于激光传感技术的电缆管道测绘仪器自动化控制系统 被引量:1

摘要 电缆管道测绘仪器为电缆敷设提供相关分析数据,该文设计基于激光传感技术的电缆管道测绘仪器自动化控制系统。利用激光传感技术获得电缆管道测绘仪器在电缆管道内的测距结果,依据电缆管道内的测距结果建立电缆管道测绘仪器伺服驱动器的PID控制方程,实现电缆管道测绘仪器的伺服控制,并去除激光偏振带来的相位差,补偿相位漂移,实现电缆管道测绘仪器激光偏振控制。实验表明,该系统不仅可有效测量电缆管道内测绘点距离,还可有效控制电缆管道测绘仪器伺服电机,并对电缆管道测绘仪器的激光偏振进行控制,应用效果较为显著。 Cable pipeline surveying and mapping instruments provide relevant analysis data for cable laying,and design an automated control system for cable pipeline surveying and mapping instruments based on laser sensing technology.Using laser sensing technology to obtain the distance measurement results of cable duct surveying instruments within the cable duct,the PID control equation of the servo driver of the cable duct surveying instrument is established based on the distance measurement results inside the cable duct,achieving servo control of the cable duct surveying instrument,removing the phase difference caused by laser polarization,compensating for phase drift,and achieving laser polarization control of the cable duct surveying instrument.The experiment shows that the system can not only effectively measure the distance between measurement points inside the cable duct,but also effectively control the servo motor of the cable duct surveying instrument,and control the laser polarization of the cable duct surveying instrument,the application effect is significant.
