摘要
土地资源是财产的象征,是重要的生产和生活资料,也是人们赖以生存、发展、延续的根本和重要载体,对财产的占有、支配与继承则成为人们关注与争夺的焦点问题,其目的是通过建立一个有效机制而达到对资源的控制。在复杂的社会关系网络中,有地域间的宗族关系、婚姻关系,家庭间的血缘关系、家族关系等,不同的社会关系对资源控制的途径有别,从而产生控产机制的差异性。依据“祖德流芳”碑所载内容及田野调查材料,阐述立碑的背景、入住权对阴地资源的控制以及阴阳地资源权属的界分,确立起以家族关系为纽带的控产机制。此种控产机制实现对资源的有效控制与利用,揭示了控制土地资源的过程及内在文化内涵。
Land resources symbolize property and serve as vital means of production and livelihood.They are fundamental and important carriers for people's survival,development,and continuity.The ownership,control,and inheritance of property become focal points of attention and contention.The aim is to establish an effective mechanism for controlling resources.Within complex social networks,various social relationships exist,including territorial kinship,marital relationships between families,blood ties within households,and familial relationships.Different social relationships lead to varied approaches in resource control,resulting in differences in mechanisms for controlling property.Based on the content of the“Zu De Liu Fang”stele and field investigation materials,this paper elucidates the background of erecting the stele,the control of Grave Resources through the right of residence,and the delineation of ownership of Yin and Yang(right)land resources,establishing a property control mechanism based on familial relationships.This mechanism effectively controls and utilizes resources,revealing the process of controlling Grave Resources and its underlying cultural connotations.
