摘要
“双减”政策背景下,加强学校体育工作应立足学生体育核心素养,以课间活动为着眼点,将中华优秀传统游戏融入学生课间活动。“校家生”多方联动,挖掘传统游戏,确定传统游戏,推广传统游戏。这样,既丰富了学生课外活动内容、增强了学生身体素质,又传承和发扬了中华优秀传统体育文化。
Under the background of“double reduction”policy,strengthening school physical education work should be based on the core quality of students’physical education,taking recess activities as the focus,and integrating Chinese excellent traditional games into students’recess activities.“School-family-student”multi-party linkage mines traditional games,determines traditional games,promotes traditional games.In this way,it not only enriches the extracurricular activities of students,enhances their physical quality,but also inherits and carries forward the excellent traditional Chinese sports culture.
