病原微生物检测对儿童细菌性腹泻诊断的价值研究

摘要 目的探讨病原微生物检测对儿童细菌性腹泻诊断的价值。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月枣庄矿业集团枣庄医院收治的100例细菌性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,患儿均进行病原微生物检测及药敏试验,统计患儿病原微生物分布情况;比较不同年龄段患儿的病原微生物检出情况;比较不同季节病原微生物检出情况及各种病原菌药敏试验结果。结果100例患儿中,共检出病原微生物92株,阳性检出率为92.00%,分别为志贺菌50株、气单胞菌20株、弧菌属10株、肠致病性大肠杆菌7株、其他菌属5株。不同年龄段患儿病原微生物检出率比较差异无统计学意义。春、夏、秋、冬季病原微生物检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);夏、秋季病原微生物检出率均高于春、冬季,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。志贺菌、气单胞菌、孤菌属、肠致病性大肠杆菌和其他病原菌均对氨苄西林耐药率最高,分别为52.00%、70.00%、80.00%、71.43%、20.00%。结论志贺菌、气单胞菌、肠致病性大肠杆菌、弧菌属均是导致患儿引发细菌性腹泻的主要致病菌,氨苄西林的耐药反应最高,病原微生物检测能有效检出患儿感染病菌,药敏检测联合科学抗生素用药,可增强疗效,改善预后,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the value of pathogenic microorganism detection in the diagnosis of bacterial diarrhea in children.Methods children with bacterial diarrhea admitted to Zaozhuang Hospital,Zaozhuang Mining Group from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the search subjects,all children underwent pathogenic microorganism detection and drug sensitivity test,and the distribution of pathogenic microorgan-isms in children was counted;the detection of pathogenic microorganisms in children of different ages were compared;the detection of pathogenic microorganisms in different seasons were compared with the results of drug sensitivity test of various pathogenic bacteria.Results 92 strains of pathogenic microorganisms were detected in 100 children,with a positive detection rate of 92.00%,including 50 strains of Shigella,20 strains of Aeromonas,10 strains of Vibrio,7 strains of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli,and 5 strains of other genera.There were no significant difference in the detection rate of pathogenic microorganisms among children of different ages.There were significant differences in the detection rates of patho-genic microorganisms in spring,summer,autumn and winter(P<0.05);the detection rate of pathogenic microorganisms in summer and autumn was higher than that in spring and winter,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The resistance rates of Shigella,Aeromonas,Orpha-nia,Enteropathogenic Escherichia coli and other pathogens to ampicillin were the highest,which were 52.00%,70.00%,80.00%,71.43%and 20.00%,respectively.Conclusion Shigella,Aeromonas,enteropathogenic Escherichia coli and Vibrio are the main pathogenic bacteria causing bac-terial diarrhea in children,ampicillin has the most obvious drug resistance reaction,pathogenic microorganism detection can effectively detect the in-fected bacteria in children,drug sensitivity test combined with scientific antibiotic medication,can enhance the therapeutic effect on children and im-prove the prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
