摘要
目的探讨比较改良Devine术与改良Brisson术矫治小儿隐匿性阴茎的效果。方法选取2020年10月—2021年10月菏泽市立医院收治的矫治隐匿性阴茎的患儿80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例,对照组行改良Devine术,研究组行改良Brisson术。比较分析2组总有效率、手术效果、阴茎伸长长度、并发症发生率,患儿生活质量采用少儿主观生活质量问卷(Inventory of Subjective Life Quality,ISLQ)评分。结果与对照组比较,研究组患儿总有效率显著升高(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05),外观评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组和研究组阴茎伸长长度和ISLQ评分在治疗后均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组阴茎伸长长度和ISLQ评分在治疗后显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组阴茎延长长度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组患儿并发症发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论改良Brisson术在矫治小儿隐匿性阴茎时可以提高疗效和阴茎伸长长度,改善患儿生活质量,相对优于改良Devine术。
Objective To investigate the effects of modified Devine surgery and modified Brisson surgery in correcting concealed penis in children.Methods From October 2020 to October 2021,80 children with concealed penis who were treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were grouped into the control group and the study group according to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent modified Devine and the study group underwent modified Brisson operation.The total effective rate,surgical effects,penis elongation length and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the children's quality of life was scored using Inventory of Subjective Life Quality(ISLQ).Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of children in the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The operation time of the study group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the appearance score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The penis elongation length and ISLQ score of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the penis elongation length and ISLQ score in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05)after treatment.The length of penis lengthening was significantly longer in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the study group significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Brisson operation is superior to the modified Devine operation,for it can improve the curative effects and penis elongation length,and improve the quality of life of children.
