胰腺囊性肿瘤诊治原则

摘要 胰腺囊性肿瘤(pancreatic cystic neoplasms,PCNs)是以胰腺囊性病变为其主要特征的一类肿瘤,起源于胰腺上皮细胞或间质组织。其分类复杂,最为常见的是胰腺浆液性囊腺瘤(serous cystic neoplasms,SCN)、黏液性囊腺瘤(mucinous cystic neoplasms,MCN),导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤(intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms,IPMN)和实性假乳头状肿瘤(solid pseudopapillary neoplasms,SPN),约占PCNs的90%。
