摘要
连接器作为板间连接载体,负责信号的交互和电源的传送。连接器在提供便捷连通作用的同时,自身物理结构以及焊点存在引发了链路阻抗的不连续性,进而影响高速信号传输质量,造成信号的恶化甚至传输失真。为了提高机载计算机1394总线传输链路的阻抗一致性,合理的设计连接器焊点的阻抗,通过工艺控制提升链路的阻抗一致性具有重要研究意义。本文在研究阻抗匹配原理基础上,建立机载计算机1394信号传输链路模型,在HyperLynx中进行眼图仿真,仿真结果表明1394总线传输链路中连接器焊点工艺控制为110Ω时,眼图的眼高、眼宽及眼图质量更好,更利于1394信号的判别接收。
The connector serves as the connecting carrier for signal interaction and power transmission.In addition to providing convenient connection,the inherent structure and solder joints of the connector cause the discontinuity of link impedance,which affects the high-speed signal transmission,resulting in signal deterioration and even transmission distortion.In order to improve the impedance consistency of airborne computer,it is urgent to design the impedance of solder joint and improve the impedance consistency of link through process control.On the basis of studying the principle of impedance matching,this paper extracted the signal link transmission model of airborne computer system with 1394 bus.It was concluded that the solder joint of the connector is controlled to 110Ω,which could improve the eye map height and width,the qulality of eye map,and facilitate the recognition and receiving of signals.
