摘要
首先针对开展决策的储能基础数据信息不完备、定性定量数据掺杂等特点构建了适用于提高光伏电站接入能力的系统性储能选型方案。其次,对于某电网大规模光伏接入存在的稳定性和可靠性问题,配置储能系统能起到较好的改善效果。最后,建立了储能系统的成本效益模型,在稳态潮流和暂态稳定约束指标下,探讨储能装置的优化布局与容量配置,从经济性角度进行最优储能选址与定容。
Firstly,a systematic energy storage selection scheme for improving the access capacity of photovoltaic power stations was constructed according to the characteristics of incomplete information of basic energy storage data for decision-making and doping of qualitative and quantitative data.Secondly,for the stability and reliability problems existing in large-scale photovoltaic access of a power grid,the configuration of energy storage system can play a better role in improving the effect.Finally,the cost-benefit model of the energy storage system is established,and the optimal layout and capacity allocation of the energy storage device are discussed under the constraint indexes of steady state power flow and transient stability,and the optimal energy storage location and capacity are carried out from the perspective of economy.
