摘要
从三因学说的角度探究新疆地区儿童功能性便秘的发病机制,根据患儿所处地理环境、气候及个体的不同,选择性地制定相应的临床治疗方案。指出新疆地区儿童功能性便秘发病机制既存在小儿便秘的共性,又存在其个性,受多燥的地理环境和偏爱肥甘厚味、辛热炙煿的饮食结构的影响,治疗应在宣肺、养阴生津和润燥的基础上结合发病时所处季节的不同,用药以“三因制宜”理论为指导原则,临床方可取得显著疗效。
This study explores the pathogenesis of functional constipation in children in Xinjiang region from the perspective of the three causes theory.Based on the geographical environment,climate,and individual differences of the children,corresponding clinical treatment plans are selectively formulated.It is pointed out that the pathogenesis of functional constipation in children in Xinjiang region has both commonalities and individuality,and is influenced by the dry geographical environment and a preference for a rich,sweet,and spicy diet.Treatment should be based on promoting lung function,nourishing yin and promoting fluid production,and moistening dryness,combined with the different seasons at the time of onset.Medication should be guided by the"three causes"theory,and significant clinical efficacy can be achieved.
