基于流动诱导噪声的喷水推进泵进水流道优化 被引量:2

Optimization of intake duct of water-jet pump based on flow induced noise

摘要 为降低喷水推进泵流动诱导噪声,以进水流道倾斜直管的倾斜角、唇部圆角半径、纵向总长、过渡弯管半径及进水口形状为优化参数,对进水流道结构进行了组合优化.基于分离涡混合模拟和声学有限元方法建立了喷水推进泵流动诱导噪声数值计算方法,并通过试验结果验证了数值计算方法的可靠性.基于数值计算,分析了不同进水流道方案下喷水推进泵的水动力性能、压力脉动特性和流动诱导噪声特性.结果表明:最优方案下喷水推进泵推力提高0.103%,扭矩提高7.7%;压力脉动幅值整体下降;流动诱导噪声主频处声压级幅值下降1.8 dB,全频段总声压级下降1.0 dB,中低频段和高频段总声压级分别下降1.0 dB和3.5 dB. To reduce the flow induced noise of water-jet pump,the intake duct structure was optimized by combining several parameters,including inclination angle of inclined straight pipe,lip fillet radius,total longitudinal length,transition bend radius and intake shape.The numerical calculation method for flow induced noise of water-jet pump was established based on detached eddy simulation and acoustic finite element method.The reliability of the numerical calculation method was verified by the experimental results.The hydrodynamic performances,pressure pulsation characteristics and flow induced noise characteristics of water-jet pump under different intake duct schemes were analyzed based on numerical calculation.Results show that the thrust increases by 0.103%,the torque increases by 7.7%,and the amplitude of pressure pulsation reduces as a whole under the optimal scheme.The amplitude of sound pressure level at the main frequency of flow induced noise decreases by 1.8 dB,and meanwhile the overall sound pressure level decreases by 1 dB at the whole frequency domain,when decreasing by 1.0 dB and 3.5 dB respectively at the middle and low frequency domain and the high frequency domain.
