耦合黏-势流数值计算的CLT桨水动力性能预报 被引量:1

Prediction for hydrodynamic performance of CLT propeller by coupling viscous and potential numerical calculation

摘要 根据尾流收缩叶梢负载(CLT)标模桨的特殊几何形式、尾涡特性,对面元法的参数化建模、预设尾涡模型及网格划分形式进行了相应计算理论修正.为了验证改进后面元法对于预报不同端板形式的CLT桨敞水性能的适用性,改变端板参数描述建立了三组CLT桨计算模型,使用改进后面元法计算敞水性能,将面元法结果与计算流体力学(CFD)方法模拟结果对比,设计进速附近的效率差约为2%.结果表明:该面元法程序可以快速预报变端板参数CLT桨敞水性能,且预报精度满足工程要求,预报结果可作为后续优化设计和试验设计参考依据;减小原端板50%宽度,在低进速附近,推力最多提高约10%,设计剖面的表面压力分布结果与CFD方法计算结果符合较好. According to the special geometric forms and wake vortex characteristics of the standard contracted and loaded tip(CLT)propeller,the corresponding computational theory of panel method was revised,including parametric modeling,pre-set wake vortex model and meshing.To verify the applicability of the improved panel method for predicting the open-water performance of CLT propellers with variable endplate forms,three sets of CLT propellers were built by changing the endplate parameters,and the openwater performance were calculated by the improved panel method.Comparing the panel method’s results with computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method’s simulation results,the efficiency differences near the design advance speed were about 2%.Results show that this program of the panel method can quickly predict the open-water performance of CLT propellers with variable endplate parameters,and the forecast accuracy meets the engineering requirements.The forecast results can be used as reference for further optimization design and experimental design.The thrust can be increased by about 10%at most near the low advance speed when the width of the original end plate is reduced by 50%.The results of the surface pressure distribution in the design section are in good argreement with those of the CFD method.
