摘要
目的观察独活寄生汤联合巴曲酶治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析福建省福能集团总医院2021年6月—2023年6月收治的68例DPN患者资料。根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与联合组,各34例。对照组采用巴曲酶治疗,联合组采用独活寄生汤联合巴曲酶治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、神经系统症状评分(neurologic severity score,NSS)、多伦多临床神经病变(toronto clinical scoring system,TCSS)评分、血栓弹力图。结果联合组临床总有效率为88.24%,高于对照组的67.65%(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组中医证候主症积分、次症积分、总积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组NSS评分、TCSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组最大切角(α角)、最大血块强度(maximum blood clot strength,MA)低于对照组,凝血因子激活时间(reaction time,R)、血块形成速率长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤联合巴曲酶治疗DPN疗效确切,可减轻患者症状,促进神经功能恢复。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with batroxase in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 68 DPN patients admitted to Fujian Funeng Group General Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and combination group,34 cases each.The control group was treated with batroxase,and the combination group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction+batroxase.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,nervous system symptom score(NSS),toronto clinical neuropathy(TCSS)score and thromboelastogram were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 88.24%,which was higher than that of the control group(67.65%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the main syndrome scores,secondary syndrome scores and total scores of the combination group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NSS score and TCSS score of the combination group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,αAngle and maximum blood clot strength(MA)in combination group were lower than those in control group,and reaction time(R)and K were longer than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with batroxase is effective in the treatment of DPN,which can reduce the symptoms and promote the recovery of nerve function.
