摘要
目的探讨针灸疗法在慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者中的应用效果及临床意义。方法采用目的抽样法纳入福建中医药大学附属康复医院2022年7月—2023年6月收治的100例CHF患者。依据组间信息均衡可比原则将上述样本分组,对照组50例给予常规西药治疗,观察组50例联合针灸疗法。比较2组临床疗效、中医症候积分、心功能指标、血管内皮功能指标以及炎症因子水平和生活质量。结果观察组临床总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组中医症候积分、炎症因子水平、生活质量评分低于对照组,心功能指标、血管内皮功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸疗法在CHF患者治疗中可取得理想效果,同时对中医症候积分、心功能指标以及生活质量等改善也具有显著作用。
Objective To explore the effect and clinical significance of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 100 CHF patients admitted to Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to June 2023 were included by objective sampling method.According to the principle of balanced and comparable information between groups,the above samples were divided into groups,50 cases in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,and 50 cases in the observation group were combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,cardiac function index,vascular endothelial function index,inflammatory factors and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,inflammatory factors and quality of life in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the indexes of cardiac function and vascular endothelial function were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy can obtain ideal effect in the treatment of CHF patients,and have significant effect on the improvement of TCM symptom integral,cardiac function index and quality of life.
