摘要
通过建立健全调度相关制度、规范、流程,将护理人员分层次培训模式引入调度员培训,采用多方法、多渠道、有针对性地加强调度员培训和考核,提高调度员自身专业水平,同时注重质量控制,量化质控指标,加强“重要时刻、重要人群”管理,积极处理调度安全隐患、不良事件,堵住受理调度漏洞,从而使受理调度的用时缩短,整体工作效率提升。月平均摘机用时、月受理调度用时这些调度关键节点的时间均有明显缩短,从呼叫到派单时间变短,院前急救人员能更快地出车,从而使整体院前急救服务水平提升。通过电话回访,患方满意率也有显著提高。
By establishing and perfecting dispatching related systems,norms and processes,introducing the hierarchical training mode of nurses into dispatcher training,and adopting multi-methods and multi-channels to strengthen dispatcher training and assessment,so as to improve the professional level of dispatchers.At the same time,we should pay attention to quality control,quantify quality control indicators,strengthen the management of"important moments and important people",actively deal with hidden dangers and adverse events in dispatching,and plug loopholes in accepting dispatching.The time of accepting and dispatching is shortened,the overall work efficiency is improved,the level of pre-hospital first aid service is improved,and the satisfaction of the patient is improved.The monthly average off-hook time and the monthly acceptance scheduling time of these scheduling key nodes are significantly shortened,and the time from calling to dispatching orders becomes shorter,and the pre-hospital first aid personnel can get out more quickly,thus improving the overall level of pre-hospital first aid service.Through the return visit by telephone,the satisfaction rate of the patient side has also been significantly improved.
