摘要
目的构建危重患儿规范化身体约束评估量表,为儿科护理人员实施规范化身体约束提供科学、量化的评估工具。方法通过前期文献回顾、半结构式访谈初步拟定条目池,再采用德尔菲法于2023年11—12月专家函询15名儿科重症领域专家,形成身体约束评估量表。结果共进行了2轮专家函询,2轮专家函询的积极系数均为100%,权威系数(composite reliability,Cr)分别为0.850、0.890;一级指标协调系数(Kendall's W)分别为0.241、0.293,二级指标Kendall's W分别为0.239、0.251(P<0.001)。最终研制的危重患儿规范化身体约束评估量表条目包括10个一级指标、34个等级指标。结论研制的危重患儿规范化身体约束评估量表具有一定的科学性和可靠性,可为儿科护理人员对危重患儿实施身体约束决策提供依据。
Objective To establish a standardized physical restraint assessment scale for critically ill children,and to provide a scientific and quantitative assessment tool for pediatric nursing staff to implement standardized physical restraint.Methods The pool of articles was preliminally drawn up through the previous literature review and semi-structured interview,and then 15 pediatric intensive care experts were consulted by using Delphi method by letter from November to December 2023 to form the physical restraint assessment scale.Results Two rounds of expert correspondence were conducted.The positive coefficient and composite reliability(Cr)were 100%and 0.850,0.890 respectively.The values of Kendall's W of the primary indexes were 0.241 and 0.293,and the values of Kendall's W of the secondary indexes were 0.239 and 0.251,respectively(P<0.001).Finally,the standardized physical restraint assessment scale for critically ill children includes 10 first-level indicators and 34 grade-level indicators.Conclusion The developed standardized physical restraint assessment scale for critically ill children is scientific and reliable,and can provide a basis for pediatric nursing staff to implement physical restraint decisions for critically ill children.
