摘要
医院干部队伍是医院管理的核心力量,文章采用经验总结法,对干部队伍基本情况、制度建设、监督格局等方面现状进行归纳总结,分析存在问题及原因,运用工作实践法,通过深入开展经常性纪律教育,正反两面典型案例,增强廉政教育实效性,加强对“关键少数”干部,作风建设、履职情况等监督管理力度,进一步完善监管方式,提升医院干部监管质效。结合实际工作经验和思考,提出医院干部队伍监督管理需要做好“四个突出”,即:突出落实组织的监管责任、突出教育引导监管自觉性、突出制度保障管理监督常态、突出群众监督形成合力。本研究探讨医院干部队伍监督管理的实践,为推进全面从严治党,促进医院高质量发展提供借鉴。
The hospital cadre team is the core force of hospital management.This article adopts the experience summary method to summarize the basic situation,system construction,supervision pattern and other aspects of the cadre team,analyze the existing problems and reasons,and use the work practice method to carry out regular disciplinary education,positive and negative typical cases,enhance the effectiveness of anti-corruption education,strengthen the supervision and management of"key minority"cadres,work style construction,and performance,further improve regulatory methods,and enhance the quality and efficiency of hospital cadre supervision.Based on practical work experience and reflection,it is proposed that the supervision and management of hospital cadres need to do a good job in the"four highlights",namely:highlighting the implementation of organizational regulatory responsibilities,highlighting the awareness of education and guidance supervision,highlighting the institutional guarantee of normal management and supervision,and highlighting the formation of collective supervision by the masses.This study explores the practice of supervision and management of hospital cadres,providing reference for promoting comprehensive and strict governance of the Party and promoting high-quality development of hospitals.
