摘要
自分泌运动因子(ATX)是外核苷酸焦磷酸酶/磷酸二酯酶2的蛋白质产物,具有溶血磷脂酶D活性,是产生细胞外溶血磷脂酸(LPA)的关键酶。研究显示ATX和LPA几乎在所有器官系统中都发挥着生理和病理作用,ATX-LPA轴在肿瘤进展、血管重塑、神经性疼痛、淋巴细胞归巢和慢性炎症等中发挥着重要作用。近年来ATX-LPA轴在肺癌、肺纤维化、肺部慢性疾病等中的研究已有更新,体现了其在肺部疾病发病机制中的重要性。本文就ATX-LPA轴在肺部疾病中的研究进展进行综述,以期为肺部疾病的诊疗提供新的思路。
Autotaxin(ATX)is a protein product of ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase phosphodiesterase 2,which has the activity of hemolytic phospholipase D and is a key enzyme in producing extracellular lysophosphatidic acid(LPA).ATX and LPA play physiological and pathological roles in almost all organ systems.The ATX-LPA axis plays an important role in tumor progression,vascular remodeling,neuropathic pain,lymphocyte homing,and chronic inflammation.Recent evidences have shown the role of the ATX-LPA axis in lung diseases like lung cancer,pulmonary fibrosis,and chronic airway diseases,and its clinical significance in the pathogenesis of lung diseases has been highlighted.This article reviewed the research progress of the ATX-LPA axis in lung diseases,thus providing new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases.
