摘要
目的:探讨采用大数据环境下的医院病案信息管理模式对提升病案信息管理质量和水平的作用。方法:对比采用大数据环境下医院病案信息管理模式前后患者出院病案缺陷情况、甲级率以及医患矛盾发生率、医疗纠纷发生率。结果:2021年出院病案缺陷率明显低于2020年,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=243.028,P<0.05);2020年及2021年出院病案甲级率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.125,P>0.05);2021年医患矛盾发生率高于2020年,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=102.643,P<0.05);2020年及2021年医疗纠纷发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.129,P>0.05)。结论:采用大数据环境下医院病案信息管理模式能够使病案信息管理质量和水平得到显著提高,可和谐医患关系,有利于推动医院可持续发展。
Objective:To explore the role of hospital medical record information management mode in improving the quality and level of medical record information management under the big data environment.Methods:The defects of discharged medical records,the rate of Grade A,the incidence of doctor-patient conflicts,and the incidence of medical disputes were compared before and after adopting the hospital medical record information management mode in the big data environment.Results:The defect rate of discharged medical records in 2021 was significantly lower than that in 2020,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=243.028,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of discharged medical records in 2020 and 2021(χ^(2)=0.125,P>0.05).The incidence of doctor-patient conflicts in 2021 was higher than that in 2020 and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=102.643,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the incidence of medical disputes in 2020 and 2021(χ^(2)=0.129,P>0.05).Conclusion:The adoption of hospital medical record information management model under the big data environment can significantly improve the quality and level of medical record information management and harmonize the doctor-patient relationship,which is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of the hospital.
